Susan was born and raised in Northern Colorado. This is her hometown — the neighborhoods, the schools, the way the market moves here — and that lifelong local knowledge shows up in every home she helps a client buy or sell.
Susan holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation — additional training in representing buyers well through today’s market.
