Susan was born and raised in Northern Colorado. This is her hometown: the neighborhoods, the schools, the way the market moves here. That lifelong local knowledge shows up in every home she helps a client buy or sell.
Susan holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) designations, added depth in pricing a home right and guiding buyers and sellers through today’s market.
